A footpath running from Three Chimneys gives direct access to Bedgebury Forest, with several miles of footpaths, bridlepaths and cycle routes. 

Bewl Water reservoir has fly fishing cycling and boat trips. 

Within a thirty minute drive Sissinghurst Gardens, Bodiam Castle, Great Dixter, Scotney Castle, Ightam Moat, Batemans, and many more castles and gardens. 

This idyllic setting is only a one hour drive from London and less than forty minutes from the sea.
